Jacob Pielke
Chief Executive Officer
Jacob is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in architecting software and leading technical teams. He has been architecting software solutions for over a decade. His last venture, Virtual Fork, backed by Seaside Ventures, was acquired in 2024.
Jacob started Healthflo after seeing the same pattern across healthcare organizations: real operational problems and no automation infrastructure to solve them. Manual processes costing millions of dollars annually. Systems that didn't talk to each other. Teams hiring people to do work that should be automated.
Healthflo exists to fix that.

Jarnail “Jelly” Singh
Chief Technology Officer
Jelly is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience architecting and building software solutions across industries, from healthcare to ERPs. He was the driving technical force behind Outpost, a deal flow financial intelligence platform, and has provided full stack solutions to over 100 happy clients through his career.
Jelly's leadership is grounded in execution, clarity, and a deep commitment to building future-ready technology. Jelly joined as CTO because after two decades and 100+ clients, he knows exactly where AI creates real operational value and how to create it.

Levonti Ohanisian, MD, MBA
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Ohanisian is a Stanford fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction.
As Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Ohanisian creates incredible cohesion between clinical expertise and the groundbreaking technology Healthflo builds for healthcare organizations. Holding both an MD and MBA, Dr. Ohanisian provides broad expertise across both clinical and operational applications.
Dr. Ohanisian is also the founder of The Ortho Minute, a platform modernizing orthopaedics through education and infrastructure designed to liberate surgeons in how they learn, practice, and live. With over 50,000 followers and partnerships with AAOS, CORR, and other leading orthopaedic organizations, The Ortho Minute has become a trusted voice in orthopaedic education, delivering research and clinical insights to surgeons worldwide.

Calvin Pielke
Head of Operations
Calvin has directly managed multiple six-figure development projects and driven on-time deliverables that resulted in both multiplying user acquisition and driving top line revenue. He previously worked in operations and data analysis in financial technology and aerospace technology companies, and has written trading algorithms.
As Head of Operations, Calvin holds the detail. Every business process and workflow is captured exactly as the practice runs it, which is why builds ship on schedule. He holds a degree in quantitative finance from CU Boulder and a minor in mathematics.

Aubrey Shick
Digital Health Regulatory Advisor
Aubrey Shick is a digital health and regulatory strategy expert with deep experience spanning federal leadership, AI/ML policy development, and human-centered product innovation. As a former Senior Digital Health Advisor at the FDA's Digital Health Center of Excellence, she helped shape national regulatory policy for AI/ML transparency, medical extended reality, and digital mental health, and led the formation of the FDA's first Digital Health Advisory Committee. She also led the agency's inaugural 2024 public meeting on generative AI–enabled medical devices, guiding cross-sector dialogue on emerging regulatory considerations.
Before joining the FDA, she led product design and human-robot interaction at Embodied, Inc., product UX strategy at Intel, and advanced human factors engineering at Medtronic. She also serves as a Research Affiliate at the ATLAS Institute at the University of Colorado Boulder.
She brings direct FDA regulatory expertise across AI/ML, SaMD, CDS, and digital mental health; deep proficiency in human factors and usability engineering; and a collaborative approach that bridges technical innovation with regulatory rigor.
